We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Email support@scalarleasing.com with your order number to start a return.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund in full, including shipping. Return postage on damaged or incorrect items is on us.
Email us before the order ships and we will cancel and refund in full. Once it is with the carrier it becomes a return.
